1. Product identity and condition
Before a Called It Store product is published, JBX requires supplier evidence addressing the exact product and variant, authority to supply it, condition, included items, media/copy rights, legal sale status, and available safety/recall information. Product pages identify condition and included items. Evidence can be incomplete or later change; it is not an unlimited guarantee beyond the order terms and applicable law.
2. Warranties
The product page summarizes a manufacturer or supplier warranty when one is represented and supported. A summary does not expand, replace, or create a manufacturer warranty. Review the actual warranty terms, eligibility, exclusions, proof-of-purchase requirements, service locations, and duration.
JBX will help route a supported warranty request, but a manufacturer may control its own warranty decision. That routing does not eliminate a remedy JBX owes as seller under the Called It Store terms or applicable law. Implied warranties are disclaimed or limited only to the extent law and the controlling Called It Terms permit.
3. Authenticity and title
Suppliers must warrant that goods are authentic, lawfully acquired, not counterfeit or stolen, and transferred free of undisclosed liens or claims. If credible evidence shows otherwise, JBX may pause the listing, preserve records, investigate, and provide the remedy required by law and the return/refund policy.
4. Safety information
Use products only as directed and observe warnings, age limits, installation rules, battery/charging guidance, protective-equipment instructions, and category-specific restrictions. Product images and summaries do not replace the manufacturer's safety instructions.
Stop using a product if it overheats, smokes, leaks, swells, sparks, breaks in a dangerous way, exposes wiring, lacks required labels, or otherwise appears unsafe. Move away only if it is safe to do so and contact emergency services for an immediate danger.
5. Incidents and recalls
Report a safety incident or recall concern to team@calledit.deals with Product Safety in the subject or call 281-305-9305. Include the order number, product/variant, serial or lot number if safely visible, what happened, injuries/property damage, and photographs if safe.
JBX may stop sales, contact the supplier/manufacturer, preserve records, notify affected customers, coordinate a return/refund/replacement, and report to a regulator when required. Supplier responsibility or indemnity does not eliminate an independent legal duty that applies to JBX as retailer or distributor. The CPSC publishes duty-to-report guidance for businesses.
6. Affiliate products
For an Amazon/eBay affiliate purchase, the external seller's warranty, authenticity, safety, return, and recall processes govern the external transaction. Called It will correct a misleading or stale affiliate listing when identified, but it does not control the external order.
